By creating an account on Relay Digest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
By using Relay Digest, you represent and warrant that you are fully authorized to act on behalf of any organization, employer, or other entity whose recordings, data, or information you upload, sync, or process through the service. If you are using Relay Digest in a professional or organizational context, you represent that you have obtained all necessary internal approvals, authorizations, and permissions from your employer or organization prior to use.
If you are not authorized to act on behalf of your organization and you upload, sync, or process organizational data without such authorization, you personally and individually assume full and exclusive responsibility for any and all consequences, claims, disputes, disciplinary actions, legal liability, costs, or damages that may arise — including but not limited to claims from your employer, clients, counterparties, or third parties. Relay Digest bears no liability whatsoever for unauthorized use of the service on behalf of any organization.
By uploading or syncing any recording, transcript, file, or other content to Relay Digest, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own the content outright or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit it to and process it through the service; (b) the content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party; and (c) you have the right to grant Relay Digest the limited license necessary to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
If any content you submit belongs to or contains proprietary information of a third party (including your employer), you represent that you have that third party's explicit authorization to submit such content. Any breach of this representation is solely your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relay Digest and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from such breach.
Recording laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require the consent of all parties to a conversation before it may be recorded ("all-party consent" or "two-party consent" laws). It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations governing the recording of conversations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of any other party to a conversation.
By uploading or syncing any recording, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all legally required consents from all parties to every recorded conversation prior to recording it. Relay Digest does not monitor, verify, or assume responsibility for your compliance with recording consent laws. Relay Digest is not liable for any civil or criminal liability arising from recordings made without lawful consent. You agree to indemnify and hold Relay Digest harmless from any claims, fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from your failure to comply with applicable recording laws.
Relay Digest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any data loss, breaches, or downtime.
AI-generated content including transcriptions, summaries, action items, and briefs may contain errors, omissions, or misattributions. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions. Always verify important information against original recordings.
Team administrators are responsible for their team members' compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your team account.
Relay Digest may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, violation of these Terms, or any reason at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relay Digest, Bowman Ventures LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including recording consent laws; (d) your unauthorized use of organizational data or recordings; or (e) any claim that content you submitted infringes or violates the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
